Welcome to giea.id. By using this website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below. It is very important to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order from our website. 
Additionally, we, GIEA reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notification. Please review this page periodically for changes. Any use of our Site at any time constitutes full acceptance of our service Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, in a whole or in part, please stop using this Site.

1. Registration

You may access portions of the Website without registering. However, in order to access some of the services or features made available to you on this Site, you will be required to register an account with and sign into the Website. When you register, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate and complete in all respects. It is your responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of your account and password and that no unauthorized persons have access to them. If you believe that your password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner, you should inform us immediately. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage that may arise as a result of your failure to keep your account protected.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Due to security reasons, our customer service team is unable to make any amendments after you have made the payment. All successful orders are final, no returns or refunds. We reserve the right to not process your order if we are unable to validate your payment. And we also reserve the right not to process your order if product is out of stock and somehow the system fails or erorrs. We will contact you immediately and refund your payment completely. 

3. Pricing

Depending on your location, prices in our shop are displayed in IDR (e.g. Indonesia), SGD (e.g. Singapore), MYR (e.g. Malaysia), AUD (e.g. Australia) or USD (e.g. USA and rest of world). We have our own fluctuate based currencies rate for SGD, MYR, AUD and USD, to prevent the order from failing because of real time currency fluctuations. Customers have no rights to change the currency exchange.

3. Shipping Information

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address information is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building, apartments numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

4. Local Shipping

All confirmed orders will be processed for shipping within 1-2 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays), unless is written with "Pre-Order ... Working Days" (the product is estimated to be shipped out after the estimated shipment days).

There are three delivery methods available for our customers:

  • JNE service to all over Indonesia, it usually takes between 2-7 days to arrive, depending on your location. Once you receive the update that your order has been shipped, you may track your order via JNE Website with your tracking number here https://www.jne.co.id/id/tracking/trace
  • Gojek Instant and Sameday only for Surabaya area
  • Paxel service for one-day delivery to all cities in the Paxel coverage area, please kindly contact us via WhatsApp for this service

5. International Shipping

We send to most parts of the world. All confirmed orders will be processed for shipping within 2-4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays), unless is written with "Pre-Order ... Working Days" (the product is estimated to be shipped out after the estimated shipment days). Final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

There are two delivery methods available for our customers:

  • TIM Express to all countries worldwide. Once you receive the update that your order has been shipped, you may track your order via TIM Express Website with your tracking number here https://tim-express.com/cek-resi/
  • Respatindo only for Singapore & Malaysia (please note that this service does not provide tracking number)

The estimated delivery time for International Shipping is 3-14 business days, depending on your location. If you need more accurate information about the shipping timelines, don't hesitate to ask our customer service via WhatsApp. Please note that the estimated delivery times are subject to delays and changes.

Due to the nature of International Shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes once the shipment reached the destination country. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, it might be a good idea to contact and ask your local customs office for current charges before placing an order. Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the package is destined. We, GIEA will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

6. Payment and Confirmation

Payment via Bank Transfer BCA should be made strictly in 2x24 hours, meanwhile via Midtrans (GoPay, Virtual Account & Credit Card) should be made strictly in 1x24 hours after checking out. We will automatically send an invoice with the details of your order via email. Kindly please take a moment to review and double check all the details before making a payment. Order will be automatically cancelled if the payment has not been made within the time frame. You may order again, but we cannot guarantee the availability of our products.

Payment Confirmation (only for Bank Transfer) should be made strictly after you have paid your order. You can make the confirmation easily by clicking on the "Payment Confirmation" link at the bottom of home page.

You do not need to confirm your payment if you pay via Credit Card or Virtual Account Method.

7. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from GIEA are made compliant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
