Our Return and Exchange policy is valid for up to 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since the arrival date of the package, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange. It is important to note that customers are responsible for all-shipping related costs. Items marked as "sale" or purchased on sale or during special promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return
As of this moment, we are so sorry to inform you that we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product you purchased is defective. We always recommend taking the time to double check the size charts for the product/s you are purchasing. The product/s to be returned should be in perfect condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged (i.e., without stains, cuts, burns, etc.) with the original tags attached to the garment.
Exchange
We only allow a one-time exchange in size. Here are a few things you need to check when you decide to have your product/s exchanged:
- The product/s must be shipped back to us within 5 days from the arrival date of the package
- The product/s must be returned to us in perfect condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged (i.e., without stains, cuts, burns, etc.) with the original tags attached to the garment
- There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. If the size requested is no longer available, you may choose another color or style of the same price or by paying the difference, a product of a higher price
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your exchange. This process can take up to 2-4 working days. If you are approved, then your exchanged will be processed.
We, GIEA reserves the right to decline the returned product that does not meet all the requirements listed above. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to your at your expense. We appreciate your understanding.
